Thomas Jefferson Mensa

 

 

Thomas Jefferson Mensa covers central and western (but not southwestern) Virginia. The major cities included in this area are Roanoke, Salem, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, Lexington, Bedford, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Culpeper, Charlottesville and Danville. In the terms of American Mensa classification, we are Group 227 of the Middle Atlantic Region (a.k.a. Region 2). Our group was founded in 1960. As of March 31, 2012 we had  213 members.
